Columbia MSA is joining Charity Week once again to raise money to help children and orphans across the world. The ultimate vision of Charity Week is to become a vehicle to inspire young people to become active, socially engaged and united upon our shared Islamic and humanitarian values. Raising money to help countless Orphans & Needy Children across the World is just one outcome.The US team has joined forces for their second year with Qatar, UK, Germany, Australia, and Canada to unite to help children globally.
On October 28th, the CU Muslim Students Association invites you to join us for an Open Mic in our efforts to fundraise and contribute to the relief work being done. All proceeds will be donated to Islamic Relief.

We invite anyone interested to come perform poetry, songs, monologues, stories, or any other work focusing on themes of faith, social justice solidarity, charity etc. We will also be showcasing artwork and photography within the space.
